Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one active ketua account. Multiple accounts linked to the same person are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure. When you register, we link your account to your email address, phone number, and identity documents. Our system detects duplicate accounts and flags them for review.

If you attempt to create a second account using a different email or phone number, our verification process will identify the duplicate and suspend both accounts. If you need to close your current account and start fresh, contact our support team through the app to request account closure first. We can then help you understand account policies and assist with a new registration if eligible.

On the ketua member login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your registered email address and we send a password-reset link to your inbox. Click the link and create a new password. The reset link is valid for a limited time window. If the link expires, you can request a new one.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters. Once you reset your password, you can sign in using your new password immediately. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still cannot reset your password, contact our support team through the ketua app and provide your registered email address so we can verify your identity and assist.

Payments and transactions

ketua does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your deposited amount credits in full to your account balance. When you request a withdrawal, your balance is reduced by the withdrawal amount with no ketua fee applied. However, your payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or your bank) may charge their own fees depending on the transaction type and your account settings with them.

Check with mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank directly to confirm whether they apply fees to deposits or withdrawals. ketua's role is to process the transaction; your payment provider's fees are separate. We display the final amount you will receive before you confirm a withdrawal so you can review it.

To deposit via online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking on ketua, sign in to your account, navigate to the deposit section, and select your payment method. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. You are redirected to your chosen wallet (local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). Confirm your identity in your wallet app and authorise the payment to ketua. Once authorised, the deposit credits to your ketua balance within seconds.

The same process applies to mobile banking and local payment. For bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), we provide you with a unique transfer reference and account number. You transfer the exact amount from your bank account using your online banking or mobile app. The transfer typically credits to your ketua balance within your bank's standard processing window, often within hours depending on the time of day and bank.

Games and markets

ketua offers sportsbook wagering on Liga 1 (Indonesian domestic football), Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other major football tournaments. ketua periodically offers bonus promotions to new and existing users. Bonus terms vary and are published at the time of the promotion. Typical bonus offers are tied to a first deposit or ongoing account activity. Bonuses are subject to terms that specify a playthrough requirement (the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw it), expiration dates, and eligible games or markets.

Submit your ticket and you receive a confirmation message with a ticket number.
